Grand Prize for the Free Vacation Getaway Drawing: Ocean View or Ocean Front accommodations, for two adults, for one week, to either, Hawaii or a location in the Caribbean to be determined by the sponsor. No substitutions allowed. The winner will be chosen among eligible entries received. Any taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient/winner. This promotion is sponsored by Cape Cod Ocean Resorts INC.(Here-in known as CCOR) and is being used for the purpose of generating marketing surveys and has no affiliation with the business or show displaying the promotion. Participants agree to hold CCOR, participating promoters and business establishments connected in any way with this promotion harmless, to release and indemnify its' and their agents and employees from any and all liability that may arise from participating in this promotion or any claims arising from the use of a prize. All materials submitted in this promotion become the sole property of CCOR. This promotion begins May 1st, 2008 and ends Dec 31st, 2008. The winner authorizes at no charge, the use of his or her name and/or picture for future promotional purposes. Prize recipient must take delivery in Dennis Port, Ma. and sign both an affidavit of eligibility and receipt for prize. Transportation to and from Dennis Port is not included. Eligibility for the Free Vacation Getaway Drawing:: U.S. residents and residents of other countries, 25 years of age or older, are eligible to enter this promotion. This promotion does not discriminate against anyone based on race, sex, age, handicap, religion, national origin or marital status. The following persons are not eligible to enter: employees and their immediate families (spouses and parents, siblings and children and their spouses) of CCOR or any company involved with design, production, execution or distribution of this drawing. All federal, state and local laws apply. Promotion void where prohibited by law. Entrants need not be present to win. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted during twenty (20) business days from the date of the drawing, or if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this drawing will be ineligible for prizes and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. All entries must be complete in order to be eligible. Entries that are late, misdirected, tampered with, garbled, incomplete, lost or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified. Official Free Vacation Getaway Drawing Rules: I understand by entering in Cape Cod Vacation Resorts vacation getaway, I am giving Cape Cod Vacation Resorts Inc. permission to contact me by phone and e-mail. I also understand, I may update my status at any time by requesting to be placed on the company’s do not contact list by calling 1-800-798-4553. To enter there is no cost or obligation to purchase anything. For a chance to win the grand prize all I simply need to do is fill out the entry form below. To be eligible to receive the gifts mentioned above, I simply need to complete the official entry form and take a preview of their newest Ocean Front Resort on the Cape. Please, one entry per person during the promotion period. Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received. The grand prize drawing will be held on Dec. 31st, 2008 at Cape Cod Ocean Resorts Inc. 61 Chase Avenue, Dennis Port, Ma. A CCOR representative will draw one winner at random. All monthly prize recipients must take delivery in Dennis Port, Ma. and have two forms of identification present (Valid Credit Card and Valid Driver’s license)for identification purposes only along with their official prize winning notification letter to receive their gifts. There are no further obligations to purchase, buy or rent anything to receive their prizes. Transportation to and from Dennis Port is not included, however, a discounted room rate to a local hotel or resort will be provided for the winner if they wish to spend an evening on the Cape.
